How do I know how many g of protein I need?

Hey everyone! I'm starting a new meal plan that caters to an endomorph build. I want to eat about 1300 calories a day with 30% being carbs, 50% protein and 20% fat. How can I determine how many grams of each I should consume each day? And do you know how to change these parameters in the settings section on here?
Thanks in advanced for your help!!

On the "my home" page, click on "goals" at the top. At the bottom of that page, you can change your goals to the percentages you like. Mfp will give you the appropriate numbers.0

Somatotypes are a myth, just to let you know.
As for figuring out how much protein you need, 1 gram per pound of lean body mass is a good rule of thumb.0 -

^ This, I'd set 1g/lb lean mass as a minimum goal to meet or exceed, and if you're using a pre-written diet plan that is based on somatotype I would scrap it.0
