I was running (oh yes..RUNNING) up the stairs today and I realized that I still make a very embarrassing "flapping" sound when my fat moves too quickly. I have quickly realized that the NSV that I am most looking forward to is that noise going away forever. What's yours?

Crock Pot Question.
How do you log crock pot meals? I have chicken, red peppers, minced garlic, 6 tablespoons of bbq sauce, and water in my crock pot. I know to count the chicken and peppers (of course), but how do you count the sauce? I use some cornstarch to thicken the sauce a bit, but I definitely don't use all of it. Any ideas?
