I'm looking at the exercise list and fail to see what I have been using. I use a cross ramp, not an elliptical...but cross ramp isn't on there and I can't find it online to enter it manually.

The arc trainer at the gym tells me a totally different number of calories burned than the website.

I don't know about the stationary bike, just because I don't remember how many calories that I burn.

I weigh 309, I'm 5'9 (and a quarter! lol) and exercise on each machine above for at least 15 min three times a week.

Is what MFP telling me that I burn accurate? I enter my age and weight in all of the machines before I start, so I'm leaning towards MFP being wrong.

I know that getting an HRM or something like that will make things more accurate....but I can't afford one OR the monthly plans that I hear go with it.

Any ideas? Or am I just paranoid?
