Hi girls. I'm excited to be breastfeeding again. I started stronglifts 5x5 at 8 weeks postpartum. I feel great. I think 3rd time is a charm with exercise, calories and breastfeeding.

Lifting and expecting
Just found out I'm expecting my 3rd. I'm only 6 weeks. I've been lifting for 2 years and heavy lifting since January. Besides battling first trimester symptoms I really don't plan on stopping. weight lifting plans while breastfeeding
Anyone know of or currently doing a weight lifting plan? I'm 6 weeks pp and looking for exercise that I can do indoors while its -12° outside and my 19 month old and new little guy nap. I've been doing a few lifts I've found on pintrest but would like to here from others. Thanks.

How many push ups can you do???
I'm up to 13 in a set. I'm guessing some of you ladies probably can pass that number without breathing hard. I'm not sure my goal but I'm going to keep going. I'm also up to 80 lb dead lift (not counting the bar) and 50 lb bench press. My next challenge will be pull ups. Where are you at with push ups. :)

Compression sleeves
Does anyone have experience with them? Has I get stronger and I'm lifting heavier as well as occasionally running long distances I think I'm not recovering like I use too. I'm also curious about benefits from performance while wearing them.

Milk let down
I've always been able to tell when my milk lets down. It actually is a burning sensation to me. Lately during working out ( weights) my milk with let down. I'm not worried about leaking but it is sort of a annoying. Anyone know why this is happening or having the same experience?

four weeks in, no complaints, except one

Hoosiers on their lunch hour?
What do other Hoosiers do during their lunch hour? I walk every day during my lunch hour. Hot or Cold I walk 1.75 miles. But today, with the rain and ice mix, I don’t think I’m going out. Any other ideas?
