I bought a bodymedia core armband. I have linked bodymedia with myfitnesspal. I log my food in mfp, then sign into bm activity manager and my food doesn't automatically sync over from mfp as stated that it will once the accounts are linked. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong? I assumed once logged into both and food…

Fitbit Users...
I bought a Fitbit and when I try to set up on my PC it tells me my background sync service is not running on your computer. Any ideas what that means or how to fix? I sent an email to Fitbit (since I couldn't see a customer service # to call) but worried I may not hear back from them until Monday.

Hmmm, 1200 Cals seems too low for me starting out...?
I am in the 190s with goal weight at 140. I sometimes feel that 1200 cals is too low for a beginner and being that I have been sedentary. As embarrassing as it is to say my, past diet has been upwards of 1800-2000 cals or more depending on my mood, etc. Should I be eating more around 1400-1500 cals to lose 1-2 lbs a week?…

Hi. I am trying to figure out how to log a large amount of food Example: I made a large amount of chicken and veggies with a sauce so that I can eat for a day or so. Only had 2 cups so far for dinner. How do I log/record the main meal and then show a cup or so here and there? Any tips? I can't figure out how to do that...

30DS Day 1...down
Well I "Punched Fear In The Face" and made it through my first day of 30DS. I was fearful as others starting since I have been pretty sedentary for the past year. I did have to jog in place a couple times during the jumping jacks but I certainly was not as bad as I anticipated. Yaay Me! I can't wait for tomorrow...surely…

Need help with quick/easy and healthy lunch ideas
Hi I am on a 1200 calories plan and my protein goal is 45g. I seem to be going over this each day as well I have been under in calories by 250-300 a day. Looking for quick healthy lunch ideas that would help in those areas I am lacking or going over. :-)
