Water
So my friends, when you get sick of just drinking water to get your "water intake," what else do you drink? Or do you add things to your water to make it taste better to get through all the water you SHOULD be drinking. I sometimes add MIO, or some other crystal light mix.

Skin
I try my best to use lotion after I shower after a heavy workout so my skin doesn't get too dry. But after the last workouts I did, I have been having itchy spots. Mostly where I have noticed inches going. Anyone know why this might be happening?

Cravings
Well its that time and I am craving nothing but chocolate. I find that its helpful to have chocolate protein mix but I really, really want dark chocolate with caramel!!! What do you all do when you have these cravings?

No Service
So this past weekend we were camping in a remote location in the U.P. and had no signal to log anything. :( I kept track but it wasn't able to sync or load and for some reason didn't upload anything. Which screwed up how many days I logged in, etc. Kind of frustrating. Anyone else deal with this?

Tomatos
Anyone else have an aversion to tomatos? I just cannot bring myself to eat them unless they are pureed and made into chili or spaghetti sauce, etc. They are ALWAYS in my salads when I get them but I cannot stand to eat them. is it bad that I dont?

I was looking through the list of "exercises" you can put in and I noticed one for "cleaning" with different ranges. Do you put that stuff in? Cause when I clean my house, I clean it literally from top to bottom at least once a week.

Lunch disaster
So this will teach me to look up calories PRIOR to going out to eat. I had a taco salad at a local restaurant and its 715 calories!! I about fell over when I read that.
