knocking calories ??
am a wee bit confused about this ..... IS IT BETTER TO KNOCK 300 CALORIES WITH A 20 MINUTE VIGOROUS UPHILL CLIMB ON THE TREADMILL AT A SPEED OF 5 KM/HR ( OR ) KNOCK 300 CALORIES WITH 30 MINUTE MEDIUM INCLINE AT 6 KM/HR ???

weight stuck ??
it's ben 2 months.... pretty serious % sincere, good amount of exercise ( cardio & weights ), well controlled 1700 day calorie intake ..... still only have lost around 7 pounds.... COULD IT BE THE WEIGHTS THAT ARE GAINING THE WEIGHT THAT THE CARDIO IS LOSING ??? AM CONFUSED..... !!

weight fluctuates ???
inspite of remaining in the daily 1700 calorie target zone.... i find that the day i have a few drinks ( vodka soda ) but have controlled the food intake for the eve, my weight is up by 500 to 1000 gms. WHY IS THIS ???

i am trying to mantain a 1700 day target. Somedays i try a high fruit diet & do it successfully but on entering the diary i find that the i have gone way above the prescribed SUGAR INTAKE though CALORIES are in target range. Is the sugar from the fruits detramental to the weight loss plan ??
