  • i live in India !! opt for the " chicken tikka " " seekh kebab" and other items done in the tandoor ( clay oven ), do try the Dal ( lentils ) & tell them to not add butter from the top, " nan / roti " good options for the bread ..... skip the " parantha " though id you are more people do order it and share a few bites each…
  • my take on it is that as long as the sugar is natural ( fruits ) it is not really an issue. So dont worry about it.

  • i hv done it with regular salt...... take luke warm water in a glass add add table salt and gulp it down quick.... drink as many glasses as you can at a decently fast pace till you cant take another sip..... be sure to be right at the loo door, as it will come back out instantly !!
  • protiens are ok , but try and keep your fats under control . Though the calories are less you will loose weight but extra fats can lead to other issues, so a little over is ok but not too much over . CHEERS !

  • thanks guys !! The confusion continues ...... I WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT & WANT TO LOOSE FAT ...... I am very active, can work out a lot, feel gr8, eat healthy ( in my 1700 target ) but seem to be JINXED as the dam weight does not go down on the scale.... SO AM LOOKING AT DIFFERENT " PERMUTATIONS & COMBINATIONS " . ALMOST 10…
  • hang in there .... it takes a while to start. Make sure that you are recording the calories correctly ?? I have been at it for almost 10 weeks now but have only managed 7 pounds though the calorie chart should be singing a different song ??? The key lies in HANGING ON & HANGING ON FOR A LONG TERM GOAL...... CHEERS !
