hi, i am allowed 1700 calories a day, and based on that calculation certain % of FATS, PROTEINS, SODIUM, SUGAR etc etc...... what I find strange is that upon entering my EXERCISE CALORIES the % of FAT, PROTEINS change for the day but certain heads eg SODIUM do not change ???
As a result at the end of the day while while Calories & other % stay within the goal ... SODIUM goes over the top . Pls advise if i am doing something wrong ???

Certain things - like sodium - have a definite limit, not a limit based on how much food you eat. Whether you eat 1200 cals/day or 2000 cals/day, you shouldn't be eating too much sodium. Other things, like fat/carbs/protein HAVE to increase proportionately with the extra calories you're given, since they are what make up your calories!
