I've been given 10 minutes at level 6 (out of 20 levels) on the xtrainer (elliptical), at the gym, and I HATE it. What can I do instead, to get similar results? 20 minutes on the treadmill? 20 minutes on the bike? Once I've done that, I'm free to lift weights :) Thanks

Is it bad to drink soda every day?
I've started drinking one can of soda (pepsi max/diet coke etc), once a day, as a treat, since most foods are off limit. Sometimes it's hard to stop at once. And also you mostly hear about people trying to QUIT soda, out of health reasons. Is it ok to have this one vice, or should I avoid it completely?

Want to lose more than 2 lbs a week
I am 120.5 kilos. I have set myfitnesspal to lose 2 pounds of weight a week. Since I am so heavy, I think I should be able to lose 1.5-3 kilos a week to start off with. (3.3lb-6.6). Calories seems to have gone down
I have recently put on about 5 kilos. When I started tracking, I seemed to have more calories to play with. I had about 550 calories for breakfast and about 330 for lunch, and now I only have about 400 left? I thought I would have more than that?
