New ideas for strength training
If muscle burns more than fat, I should work on making more muscle! I am 51, 15-20 pounds over weight. I have not worked out regularly, therefore, I do not have a lot of muscle. What exercises, at home without hurting myself as a beginner, would you suggest for me to create more muscle? Thanks-

Anyone familiar with a groin pull?
I think I have a groin pull. It hurts to lift my leg to cross it or put on my shoe or lift it--not every minute, just during certain positions. Ideas? dont love chicken/eggs
I have to try harder with my calories-I eat a lot of carbs. I am definitely lazy--grab and go foods too. I can't eat plain eggs and I do not really love chicken- Any ideas on protein? I feel like if I eat more protein, I will feel less hungry and want to eat less carbs. thanks
