I am just beginning to get a little more serious...

I bought fish oil, a multi-vitamin and calcium (I am a 50+ woman) and lots of green tea bags to make iced green tea-unsweetened.

Can anyone tell me the benefits of all of these and if you'd like to add to the list and tell me why, I'd love to hear it!

    A multi-vitamin is good. I don't know about fish oil. Green tea has anti-oxidents which scavenge free-radicals.

    I take B-12 for extra energy and hemp protein powder for protein. That's about all I take.

    Just curious, why did you buy the supplements if you don't know the benefits?
