Averaged my weight to feel better

so, since july, i have been going up and down a few pounds by a few.... to make myself feel better, i am averaging my weight, per month, since july for 2011:
july = 156.6
oct = 157.2
nov = 157.8
dec = 156.7
jan = 156.0
feb = 156.6
mar = 155.7
so, with a daily weight, I kept looking at the numbers and getting down. But I feel like the pattern is getting better. I see a pound difference from july to today. Not sure if that makes me feel better, but if I am at 155.7, it feels better than looking at 158, which was a number I saw a lot of in October....

I've been in the 155-160 range for about a year now but I'm hoping with the help of MFP I'm going to break the 155 hump this week!! We can DO IT!!!
Keep it up!
