HELP, do I increase or no
Seems like the last 3 weeks I keep losing and gaining the same 2 lbs. I'm currently on 1200 calories a day and usually dont have a lot of trouble stay at that intake, but since I keep yoyoing around maybe I need to increase my calories by 1 or 2 hundred. scales are up????
I'm a critical care nurse working 12 -13 hr shift at the hospital. I find that the day after my 3 day shift the scales are always up 1-2lb from where I left off and slowly come back down. My latest food "gotta have" is Mcdonalds low fat vanilla cones. I have to have one every day. Ive been known to go MickyD' s in my pjs. Not long ago it was junior mints (peppermint). Whats your "gotta have" and just how far will you go to get it?

calories, calories, calories
So far ( day5) Ive been under on my calorie count. The note at the bottom of the screen tells me to stay on point, that Im getting too few calories. Does this really make a diffrence? Lets me know do you all stay on point or go under?

Going Strong
Well this is only day 3, but I must admit this tracking tool is great. Have been walking 1 mile every day and plan to go 2 next week. Reading all of your comments does make me smile. So OK people lets keep going.
