This is Skinnytaste.com's receipe for pumpkin sherbert, its yummy. 2 1/4 cup 1%milk, 1/2 +2tbsp sugar, 1 cup purred pumpkin, 2tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, a pinch of both clove and salt. Bring milk, sugar, and pumpkin to a boil and simmer 30 secpnds. Then add spices and vanilla to mixture, mix well. Cool completly in fridge then transfer to ice cream maker and run till firm. Serving 1/2 cup, 153 calories, 1.2 g fat, 4.1 g protein, 31 carbs, 29.1 g sugar. Enjoy.
