I'm currently eating Japanese, so Iris Pan Pan is my favorite. 2 eggs mixed with a sprinkle of salt. And 1 tsp of sugar scrambled. 4 oz. Of ground beef with 1 Tbs of soy sauce, 1 Tbs of miran and 1 Tbs of sake cooked. Eaten with rice and a green vegetable of your choice.

Hey I've done 2 weeks on ground beef and ground pork. Works very well and your nutrients and not screwed.

My favorite is cauliflower cheese 1 head of cauliflower 3 cans of veggie broth Cook cauliflower till tender then blend til Smooth Add salt pepper and 8 oz of cheddar cheese and done.

I only eat between meals if I am really hungry, then a P3 usually does me.

I start with good coffee, 2TBS of good butter like Kerrygold, and 1 TBS of coconut oil. I enjoy it very much and it does help my appetite. But I drink my coffee with cream and sugar so I also add heavy cream and stevia.

I only eat when hungry. So there are days that I only eat one meal. I don't obsess about calories. Do what works for you.

Day 2 here but I've been eating bacon. Now as much as I love bacon I'm sure I will have to chang it up so me with ground beef.
