If you have an instant pot and egg molds, you can do this.

Every Sunday I make egg white bites. Break free egg white from Kroger, jimmy dean turkey sausage crumbles, pepper jack cheese. What I consider a serving is about 150 calories.1 -

I use 4 jelly jar size Ball canning jars (already in my house), sprayed with Pam cooking spray. I prefer extra sharp cheddar. If you have an instant pot and egg molds, you can do this.

Or you can make this same exact thing in your oven in muffin tins / paper liners.
And they are great this way, but sous vide eggs are a different consistency. Very creamy. You can do them in half pint canning jars in a stock pot if you don’t have an instant pot.0 -

Instant pot is NOT a sous vide machine no matter what you do. Well unless you use the inner pot and stick a sous vide stick in it. Dont confuse pressure cooking with sous vide. Not gonna happen, no way no how. Just like instant pot will not make a roast etc.
True, but a muffin tin with cupcake liners isn’t the same consistency as with either an instant pot or stock pot with 1/2 pint canning jars. Both methods which come a lot closer to eggs prepared in true sous vide fashion, vacuum sealed with a sous vide stick.1 -
I'm currently eating Japanese, so Iris Pan Pan is my favorite. 2 eggs mixed with a sprinkle of salt. And 1 tsp of sugar scrambled. 4 oz. Of ground beef with 1 Tbs of soy sauce, 1 Tbs of miran and 1 Tbs of sake cooked. Eaten with rice and a green vegetable of your choice.

Easiest chinese meal ever. First thing I learned to cook for myself as a child. A student staple in China.
