No support in MFP land

Am I the only one who never gets an answer when I go to " customer support". I had a problem the other day where I could not get the generic calorie count to come on to add calories to. The site "create foods" was not working either. Emailed my problem and of course did not get a response. Some one tell me whats up with that. By the way it restarted on its own, crazy huh.

Not sure. I entered one today. I have a MAC and several times a day it crashes on myfitnesspal.com. I've never known the Safari browser to crash like that. No answer yet. But I do love this site, so I will put up with it.
