Dream Pose?
Is there a pose that you dream of or aspire to accomplish? Eating Fat Calories?
According to MFP I'm hitting my caloric goal with most coming from proteins & carbs but my fat intake is always low. I've always had a low-fat diet & I know the calculations aren't always so accurate but should I be trying to shift some of my calories to healthy fats?
