Is there a good calculator/info/website on figuring out the proper macros you should be getting for your age, size, fitness level, etc?
I keep seeing people mention their macros to be 40/30/30, etc. and was wondering how I would figure that out?
Also, I hear that you should be eating 1 gram of protein per lean body weight? Is this correct? (I workout but don't lift heavy...not yet anyways:) MFP has me default at 45g and if my bit of research is correct, I should be eating double+ that for optimal results.
Thanks for your help:flowerforyou: (sorry if this is a repeated topic but there's so much confusing info out there!)
