Drinks after Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash, Rebel Race, etc.
I just want to know why these races are sellouts to the "beer" companies... I'm sure the sponsorship is good otherwise they wouldn't do it - but I don't want a beer after a long workout.... I want a couple shots of Jägermeister or Goldschlager or damn even a Captain & Coke. I'm sure if these races would be much more fun…

How to deal with work holiday parties????
Ok it is that time where my work has about 3 - 4 holiday parties - all of which include, pizza / cheese steaks / sweets. I need that motivation to not overindulge. How does everyone handle this? I guess I could run more.....

Men's Multivitamins
What do you guys take for multivitamins (if you do take them)? I've been taking the Optimum Opti-Men but I was looking at the Bodybuilding.com brand which is cheaper. I'm really not a fan of any GNC brand - usually because they are just over priced anyway. Thanks!

Anyone have experience with the most accurate way to measure body fat? I tried online stuff, calipers and my friend has a hand held digial one - everyone seems to give huge different numbers.

Need more protein in my diet.
I have to say that I don't like fish or really any red meats. I'm good with chicken, turkey and eggs (scrambled) .... I do protein shakes - but is there anything else that would give me high protein that maybe I'm missing?

Pull-Ups or Lat Pull downs
I've completed P90 and moved over to P90X - the first day I found it very difficult to due all those Pull-Ups (my weight is 147), but I can do about 1/2 that weight by doing lat pull downs with more reps then my weight and pull-ups. Is lat pull downs a good alternative until I get stronger to do those pull-ups?
