I agree - skip today and just start on Tuesday workout. Keep that off day and remember to keep those off days - you will need them so you don't get burned out. I actually made my off days Friday nights because there were more "parties" going on and more pizza and crappy food. Good luck - and let us know how you are making…

I totally do a cheat day one per week. It totally works for weight lose - of course I still enter EVERYTHING in my diary... and now I just do really a cheat meal - and not go over board. But in the beginning I did the whole day.

Heaviest weight was 177 around 06/2011 and currently 136 06/26/2012.... and I was about 29% body fat... and I just measured this morning and I am at 18%

Hell no - diet sodas are like chemical factories. I am mostly a water guy anyway - but when I do crave a soda - it is the real deal - not that bad with calories anyway if you just stick with one every once in a while. ** Just my opinion of course. LOL
