Currently doing Stoppani's 12 week Shortcut to size, but was thinking of doing Body Beast after - just wondered if anyone did it or is doing it currently what they actually think.

    You currently only purchase from a beachbody coach. If you have a beachbody coach you log into your wowy account and click shop. You should see it right away if not search programs for it

    Body Beast is going to be a huge selling product. I am hoping to get my husband to do it! (I"ll do it with him too!)

    i got it last monday. Seems good so far. Good program if you have a lot of dumbells or fast-change dumbells and a bench or fitness ball.
