Men's Multivitamins

What do you guys take for multivitamins (if you do take them)? I've been taking the Optimum Opti-Men but I was looking at the Bodybuilding.com brand which is cheaper.
I'm really not a fan of any GNC brand - usually because they are just over priced anyway.
Thanks!

I take the cheap ones from target and try to make sure I'm getting the remaining nutrients from the food I eat.
You don't need to get 100%+ of the daily recommended value for a 2000 calorie diet JUST from the vitamin because you will get some vitamins and nutrients from your food.0 -
I've tried three different kinds. All were good.
Animal Pak
Controlled Labs Orange Triad
Gaspari Nutrition Anavite (currently taking this)0 -
Usually I take two one a day vitamins. I figure the worst that can happen is that the excess will get flushed, and they are cheaper than buying foods with those specific nutrients.0

Controlled Labs Orange Triad is the winner in my book.0

I use Equate Complete.
Once a day. One tablet.0 -
Armour-V by Muscle Pharm, great company includes omega-3 in there too.0

Equate One Daily Men's. It's cheap enough, and has lycopene for ... something.0

I haven't tried Armour-V yet but I agree; their products are great.0 -

I use NOW Adam, this is a controversial subject given the poor bioavailability of cheaper forms of vitamins and minerals ---> http://lpi.oregonstate.edu/infocenter/multivitamin-mineral.html.... good info to make your decision.0

Excess water soluble vitamins such as "C" and "B complex" do flush out as you assert. Oil soluble vitamins such as A, D, E, and K store in the liver and mega doses of these vitamins have been shown to be detrimental. http://www.ext.colostate.edu/pubs/foodnut/09315.html0 -
My boyfriend is taking Rainbow Light Men's One (I'm taking the Women's version). It's food based. We started taking these after we read that synthetic multivitamins aren't as effective. We actually feel the difference, more energized. Look up the reviews, they're amazing!0

Nothing--vitamins are expensive. If you have a good diet you don't need any unless there is something wrong with you. Studies show that many vitamins are best absorbed when they come in food. Much , if not most, of what you take in pill form goes down the toilet if you are healthy and eating right. Certain vitamins can be toxic if you take too much. This is especially true with vitamin E.
If you are eating green leafy veggies, orange or red veggies, meat and fish at least once a week, and are out in the sun, you shouldn't need supplements.

I normally take the GNC Men's Sport, and buy them in bulk when they go on sale (they will regularly do them for $6-8 for a 90-pill/45-day bottle).0
