Looking for easy to follow muscle building routine

Anyone have a link or can post a very good (and easy to follow) muscle building routine.
I have a home gym with free weights, lat machine, bench, calf block and a Roman/Hyper Extension Chair.
I have found online excel charts people made but they are so complex - I'm just looking for something like Monday biceps with exercises, Tuesday back with exercises, etc.

I'm going to start this one first of the year. It seems simple, and there aren't any weird exercises on there... mostly stuff I already do.
