Looking for easy to follow muscle building routine

Anyone have a link or can post a very good (and easy to follow) muscle building routine.

I have a home gym with free weights, lat machine, bench, calf block and a Roman/Hyper Extension Chair.

I have found online excel charts people made but they are so complex - I'm just looking for something like Monday biceps with exercises, Tuesday back with exercises, etc.
