Need more protein in my diet.

I have to say that I don't like fish or really any red meats. I'm good with chicken, turkey and eggs (scrambled) .... I do protein shakes - but is there anything else that would give me high protein that maybe I'm missing?

    Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are other options.

    Nuts/seeds(almonds, peanuts, cashews, brazil, etc), pick your favorite Greek yogurt and eat up. hard boiled eggs, cliff builder bars (protein) BEANS! :wink:
