Low BF% unhealthy?
Leaving all the 'what if you are stuck in the woods and have no food' garbage in the dark, is there a point it is unhealthy? When is it? What are the health problems associated with it? And I'm not talking about those with a bad diet, I'm only talking about someone with a low bf who gets all their nutrients.
