Low BF% unhealthy?

Leaving all the 'what if you are stuck in the woods and have no food' garbage in the dark, is there a point it is unhealthy? When is it? What are the health problems associated with it? And I'm not talking about those with a bad diet, I'm only talking about someone with a low bf who gets all their nutrients.

Essential fat for women is 10-12%; For men it's 2-4% (give or take, depending on where I look it up) . Below that, I believe organs will start to malfunction and other health issues.

    Just found this:

Dropping below the minimal recommended levels of essential fat negatively affects the delivery of vitamins to the organs, the ability of the reproductive system to function and overall well-being. In severe cases, you can develop an abnormal heart rhythm, depressed immune system and bone and muscle loss, and it can even be fatal.

I've heard of that, but the numbers people listed were higher, so I wonder if a lot of that is due to a persons diet? IE to much protein plus to little calcium due to not enough fat being able to absorb things? I'm curious to how if you're eating fat, how lack of fat on the body would contribute to those things?
