p90x round 2 after injury
just finished last week had 3 months off between rounds due to a injury and have already started a hybrid 90x / insanity work out. i didnt take any before pics but i have my after .. Before this round i was approx 170- 173 lbs and now 160-163 lbs. I think i got better results from the second round even with the long break…

I think i may be having 2 much fruit my sugars are always over .... Is this really a bad thing my food dairy is public so experts let me know... Thanks in advance!!

P90x substitute
Hello every one Im cuurntly out of town and am on my second round week 2 of p90x... Is it okay to substitute Plyo with Bike riding im on the second floor of my hotel and with all the jumping im sure it would upset some of the other guest. As far as that goes is it okay to substitue plyo and kempo for other cardio…

Here are my numbers using the polar ft7 for round two week 1 of p90x... They sure do seem awfully low compared to what I have read other people are getting. 37 years old male 150 lbs, resting heart rate of 47 bpm I would say im in pretty decent shape.. So what is the deal im not dogging it , but never hit the 700 cals p90x…

Gotta get out of tis office
Im currently working out of town . The office im in has us working 12 hour shifts and they bring food in. While this is awfully nice of them makes it impossible for me to track my calories . I have no clue as to what they cook with , but i know its not great they have butter or marginin all over the vegetables and so on.…
