NSV for the day
Just had an NSV for the day so far...I was reading some success stories and my puppy came running up wanting some love so I started scratching her chest and looked at my bicep...I have one! it wasn't just all fat there was a muscle in it. I was super excited! :D Had to share.

My NSV moment today :D
I always do a half way through the week before weigh-in check just to see if what I'm doing is right; or, if I need to change something. Today I have found out that I'm .3 away from good-bye to 270! :) This has made me a very happy person!
