Just a Little Motivation

I just wanted to throw some support out there because I'm feeling absolutely fantastic today!

You all know this is a rough journey. We'll have our really great/amazing days and there will be that one day where that piece of cake was just way too tempting. But, keep in mind just because you have one bad day doesn't mean the rest of your fitness path is dead. :D Keep your head up and just run, walk, lift, or whatever you do a little longer the next day. Remember that those extra calories from the night before might help your body from going into a plateau in the week to come. From what I have seen/read on here everyone is doing a fantastic job. Spirits high, chin up and a smile on your face. Remind yourself why you are doing this support others and you'll mood will be so much better!!
