Attn: Runners Question about chaffing
I am new to running and training for a half marathon on March 9th. I am having issues with my arms chaffing. I am sure if I wore shirts with sleeves it would help but I prefer to run and work out in a tank top. Those of you that run what do you do to prevent this?

Increased my workout routine and I feel like I am starving
This week I have been starving. I have added about 3 hours to my workout routine this week by substitute teaching 3 additional spin classes. Are my meds causing me to gain weight back?
I had lost 18 LBs and I am up 4 LBs in the last 5 days. The ironic thing is I was put on medication 5 days ago. The Dr thinks I have asthma and I know I have chronic hives. He put me on Singulair, Zyrtec, Zantac and Allergra. I am considering not taking the medication because I would rather get the hives now and then than…

Question about running??
I work out everyday and I have added running in the evening to my routine. When I run I get tightness in my neck muscles and upper shoulder areas (I am guessing from body positioning or tension) does anyone have any helpful hints that might help/be causing this to happen?

Nuts and avacados and exceeding fat grams
I love to eat avacados, pecans and cashews and it seem on days that I eat them that I go over on my allowable fat. Since these are good fats should I ignore this number? I also almost always exceed my allowable protein on days I work out and drink a protein shake. How is this going to effect me?
