Are my meds causing me to gain weight back?

I had lost 18 LBs and I am up 4 LBs in the last 5 days. The ironic thing is I was put on medication 5 days ago. The Dr thinks I have asthma and I know I have chronic hives. He put me on Singulair, Zyrtec, Zantac and Allergra. I am considering not taking the medication because I would rather get the hives now and then than be fat. Besides I have worked so hard to get this weight off and I am not willing gain it back. When I can I already spend between 1-2 hours a day working out, running and I spend most afternoons in my yard gardening and chasing the kids so I am active. I also eat right other than the occasional homemade chocolate chip cookie so it is not like I have been pigging out on fattening food this week. All I can relate this weight gain to is the meds. Has anyone else out there taken this kind of medication and gained weight?

ETA: I gained the weight I recently lost thanks to having to take steroids repeatedly for hives. Since November I have not taken steroids during an outbreak.

I'm no doctor, but I have been on Omeprazole (prilosec) for the last 2 weeks and I have put on some weight. Don't know if it's fat or muscle or water weight.
