Less calories does NOT equal more weight loss
Hey, wondering if anyone could help me out with some nutrition articles I could pass along to a friend. She's limiting her calorie intake to 800 but only consuming about 600. She thinks less calories = more weight loss. I am no expert in this but was hoping someone could help me out a bit. Thanks!!

I started working out this week at the gym. The first day I worked out, I did 40 min on treadmill and 40 min on a stationary bike. This morning I went to work out again. I only made it 10 min on the treadmill as my lower legs were KILLING ME! Bad pain. It's on the outside, above the ankles. Is that normal? I don't hurt…

When getting dressed today, I thought I'd try to wear a t-shirt that just 3 short weeks ago was too tight. Now it is too loose! LOVE IT!
