For those of you that do the 30 Day Shred, how do you enter that into your exercise tab?

Just answered this same question in another thread.
Before I had my heart rate monitor (I have a New Balance N4) I logged the 30DS and other Jillian workouts as cross training. I think that's what most do here - it seems the most accurate since the workout has a variety of cardio, weights, etc.
