...that after you work out, you are freezing the rest of the day? I am normally a very warm person but since I started working out, I am always a bit cold through out the day. Is this normal?

I've heard people say that's from eating too little. I'm not sure though. I do know that when I was eating very low cal, I would stay cold all the time.0

I have been really, really cold lately, and I just attributed it to my weight loss. I even had a complete physical and blood work to make sure nothing was going on to cause it. I ended up raising my calories, not because I was cold, but because I have reached a serious plateau, and since I did that ,I am not cold at all. So there could be something to that eating too little thing!0

I was told by my trainer to up my calories anyways, so I guess I should. Now how to figure out how to change that in my food diary...0

I do! I attributed it to having less body fat now. I'm at 25% now as opposed to the 31% that I used to be. If you're in a similar situation it could be that? That's just my guess though. It could be the cals too, or something else.0 -
