I have been lifting weights with my two daughters for the last several months and today I was asked how much can the average woman bench? What's a good strength goal for a woman? As a Dad I have no clue how to answer, could I get some help ladies? My daughters are both teens.

I am currently meeting my goals and I'm loosing about 1 to 1.5 pounds a week while visibly gaining muscle. I'm going to be 39 in two day and I way 216.
