last year it was hard to bench press 225 once. The last four months I have been lifting almost six days a week, two warm up sets then five by fives, my last set bench pressing today was 285lbs. I have been moving up almost 5lbs a work out. I almost can't believe it. I even eat at or close to a deficit most weeks. Newbe gains I guess. I hope I keep it up. I also dropped my body fat% by over 5% the last several months.
