Loose fat, gain muscle, heavy lifting

I am currently meeting my goals and I'm loosing about 1 to 1.5 pounds a week while visibly gaining muscle. I'm going to be 39 in two day and I way 216. I want to be in the lower 190 range stay that weight but still loose fat and gain muscle. I am lifting heavy. I am trying for six days a week 1 to 1.5 hours a day. I wants total transformation in one year, by the time I'm forty. I have been on this site for about 2 years and I have never asked for friends so I'm new to it.
