HRM vs Curves computer cals burned
Loving my HRM for Zumba but have a question with strength training. Each Curves strength training machine is computerized so it tracks muscle work/resistance as well as some of the cardio. I am a self diagnosed pasta addict. I have heard so much about using spaghetti squash as a healthier alternative. I've never tried and it am interested in your suggestions. A bit nervous to try it because I have some "VERY" weird texture issues! :O)

Should I buy 3 Jillian CDs??
Today's Groupon offer is 3 Jillian Michael CDs for $25...Extreme Shed & Shred, Killer Buns & Thighs, and Ripped in 30.....I have seen lots of posts about them and wonder if it is worth it. Looking for thoughts on heart rate monitors to get a more accurate calorie burn, especially for Zumba class. Do any of you use one and if so, do you like it?
