Toning up my "wings"

Thinking about my "wings" and the best moves to get rid of them! I get plenty of cardio in my Zumba classes. This week I did 3 Zumba toning classes that use light hand weights to do arm work. I have 5 and 8lb weights at home and a stability ball. I'd love your thoughts on moves to help. I much prefer dancing to flying.....or just random flapping!! :)
