Scale is NOT MOVING!!!

Just need to vent (well, I am actually going to whine for a minute or 2 so beware!!) because I am SOOOO frustrated that the scale is not moving!!! I have made many healthy changes in the past couple of months, have tracked my food and exercise here for the past 3 weeks (staying at my goal) and am getting in so much more exercise than I have in ages and still NO MOVEMENT!! AAAAAHHHH!!

I belong to a Curves gym near my house. In the 2 months I have been going there, I have lost 5.25 inches and gained 2 pounds. I KNOW this is good and I KNOW losing inches is better than losing pounds and I KNOW that the 2 lbs are a result of the holidays but it KILLS me to step on the scale several times a week, for the last month, and see it stuck between 190.4 and 191!! REALLY????? I can't break into the 180s??? In addition to Curves, I do Zumba 2-3 times a week. It totally kicks my butt and I am a sweaty mess after every class.

I am not usually a whiner but I just need someone to kick me (nicely of course) and help me let this go. One would think that the scale would have moved in the downward direction by now! I think I need to throw the damn thing out the freaking window and only ger weighed in monthly at Curves. But....the thought of letting that morning weigh in go and not have any idea what I weigh scares the hell out of me. Geesh....this is ridiculous!!

OK....I think I am done whining. Let the butt kicking commence! Be gentle and thanks for the support!

    Just hang in there, your body may just be adjusting and soon enough you will see the results!!
    You may want to watch your sodium closely and make sure you are drinking LOTS and LOTS of water.
    If you search on google for water intake calculator it will help you figure how much water you need daily, It helped me big time!
