I've been reading and I KNOW that even 1200 cals a day is considered low. Calories are just calories - even as alcohol?
I know calories in/out = weight loss. What's better? Short and intense or longer and less intense
Curious. I am quite out of shape right now and have just started them ten minute trainer. I find the workouts quite challenging but am trying to do 2 a day.
