Strength Training
What program do you use/love? I am looking to start a free weight program, are there any apps that you use/love or DVD for that matter.... Right now I do weights once a week at my gym in a power lifting class, but I am looking to increase it to 3x a week but want to mix it up.

TDEE and net calories
Ok I'm considering upping my calories for two weeks starting today. I exercise moderately 4-5 days a week 30-45 minutes at a time. I net about 1300-1400 calories usually and the scale isn't moving. My TDEE came out to 2387 so if I eat 20% under that I should lose???? I am super scared to up my calories from 1300 to about…

I've lost 13 pounds since January 11th and only 5 since mid-february. I need some serious advise. I have been trying to stay under 1320 for about 4 weeks. I started running more? Tight hamstring
I have a tight left hamstring and it never goes away, I walk around with it 24/7. I have been stretching it but too no avail. Im on week 4 couch to 5k. I stretch before and after each run. any advice or experience thanks! cris

How the Heck...
..did I gain a pound.... Week 6 and I have lost 9 pounds so far. Got on the scale this morning and I had gained 1.2 pounds!!!!! I am eating some of my exercise calories, should I be eating more?
