Bump because I live with ridiculously tight hamstrings despite stretching (which admittedly I should probably do more of)

Stretch and Strengthen , not just your hamstring but your lower back mainly, tightness in your hamstring is usually caused by your lower back being weak or improper running form, so focus on form , stretch and work on strengthening your core/lower back/ and hamstrings its a slow process unfortunatley there are no quick fixes with this one, ive ham tight hams for years

    good luck!

runnersworld has some good articles , only problem is 9 times out of ten you wont catch yourself doing it unles someone points it out but still worth reading , I'd youtube it and see if you can get a more visual approach
