Almonds!! Unless its my one day of the week "whatever" day (I stick to low carb/low glycemic index and starch and sugar free 6 days a week). If its my "whatever" day, bring on the chips and salsa or hummus and baked pita chips!

Ruffles Light. Toss in a little salsa if you want some spice with the crunch. At 80 calories per serving, you can do a serving and a half, get some salt, some crunch, and feel like you are being bad while not messing up you daily calorie counts.

Corn chips are one of my big weaknesses, but I still indulge in them sometimes.

I also like some crunch in my usual lunchtime salads, so I put about 1/4 cup of chow mein noodles on them. Great crunch, not so much salt, and a tasty addition.

If I have the calories spare I like Dr Kargs Emmental and Pumpkin seed crisp bread, no need for anything on them either!

Popcorn - couple of tablespoons in a paper bag in the microwave. I'll add salt if I'm needy.
