Eating late just to make the calories?
Sometimes at night, like tonight, I find myself far under the 1200 calories. I ate three meals and a snack, they were just low in calories. I made my protein goal though. I don't want to scarf down something I'm not hungry for, though. Anyone else have the same issue? I usually make the goal.

Becoming discouraged
I have been eating so well, and exercising. Cardio and walking. I don't feel like I am getting any results. It makes me just want to go eat a whole cheesecake. :(

Had my first Protein Shake tonight!
I have been very hesitant to try a protein shake, but tonight I tried IsoPure Dutch Chocolate....and I LOVED it! Is REVENGE on an ex really such a bad motivator?
Yes...I want to be healthier, and look great for myself too... But when I am on that treadmill and elliptical, all that drives me is thinking about the satisfaction I will get by letting him see me looking and feeling amazing! All he does is spend his time on here telling a thousand other girls how HOT they are. =/

Starting over...AGAIN!
It's so hard to get back in the gym, but I did it! I have 90 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. I know it's going to be hard, but I know it will be worth it. :) Good luck to everyone else!
