I have been very hesitant to try a protein shake, but tonight I tried IsoPure Dutch Chocolate....and I LOVED it!
It was very filling, and it helped me boost my calories and get my protein in, with 50 grams of protein in a serving. It's low carb, but I did throw some frozen banana in. I made it with water, and it was still thick and creamy.
Anyone who is hesitant, I would recommend this brand.

Low carb yogurt, or Greek yogurt are also good with the power... Only about 60 cals a cup and with 4-5 ice cubes make the shake feel a lot like an ice cream shake... Very satisfying and very filling.0

If you want a better tasting shake (and better texture) you can look into some unsweetened almond milk to mix with instead of water. It's about 30 calories per cup with 1g protein and 1g carbohydrates.0
