Ideas for healthy "MEALS" Tired of the same old things!!!
Hello, can someone please give me some suggestions for some more healthy meals. I eat the same thing over and over again. Please help. I eat chicken, fish and some vegeterian foods. Beans,all types of veggies. I see others foods on here and it looks so good. And I can cook. Just need some ideas. Thank you so much.

DO I COUNT THE CALORIES FROM MY FITNESS TRACKER
I would like to know if i wear my fitness tracker, do I count only the calories burned for exercise or for the entire time that I wear it?

Can someone explain in simple terms what TDEE means? I calculated my TDEE on a website and it said it was 2718 and my BMR was 1754. I exercise 3 to 4 times per week for 30-60 minutes. Mostly cardio. I would like to know how many calories to eat to lose 2 pounds per week. Thank you.
