Are you kidding me, 6 real push-ups is just great! Heck, I'm 67 and I'm still afraid a to do a jumping jack. But I modify all my exercises like p90x, t-25 and tae-bo. A lot of the moves I'm comfortable with and some I'm not. But I do like you. I do what works for me and it is working. Lot's of success to everyone on their…

Mine was looking at my drivers license and the weight on the license. My actual weight now is less than the lie on my license for the first time in my life. I am below that lie. Now I have to get a new license with a lower weight. lol:drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

I would love to join this challenge also. I'm trying to get under 200 pounds by the end of Dec. It's a tough challenge, but I'm going to go for it. lol lol Thank you.

Thank you Kmariet, I felt so good after that morning walk that I walked up to the school and back. And later after getting my son from school, my daughters boyfriend, my grandson and myself drove to one of the State parks here and walked the 1.4 mile loop around the lake. I really feel good today. And I burned lots of…

Hello to all my MFP's. I just walked my grandson to school instead of him riding the bus. He needs to lose weight as well. On my way back I happened to glance to the right of me and I saw my shadow. I said to myself, hmmmmm, there is no one here walking back home but me. I nearly passed out. lol lol My shadow as shrank so…

Polar Ft7 and love it. Can't do without it. No problems. Had it for about 6 months.
-
WTG! Awesome job!
-
Polar Ft7. Since getting it my weight loss is dropping much faster than without it. And the calorie burns on mfp are really inflated compared to the Poiar.
-
No such thing as to old to lose weight. I'm 67 years of age and my highest weight was 323 about 5 years ago. I started eating healthy and exercising and kept up with my calories in and calories out and I have dropped 49.4 pounds since Dec of this past year. I still have a long way to go, but I haven't been at 239 in years.…

I use the Polar ft7. I love this thing. I never exercise unless I'm using it. I seem to be losing weight at a steady pace since I started using it. Even if the calories burned are not as accurate as they should be, it makes me want to work out more to burn more calories. I love my Polar.

Guess I should have read before I posted this. I didn't know there would be exercises for us to do. Sorry. :) Next time I'll read first.

Hello everyone. I just joined this group today. Today I did P90x Kenpo x for 60 minutes and P90x Back & Shoulders for 27 minutes. "Happy Losing everyone."
-
My highest weight was 323 a few years ago. I started MFP Dec of this past year and I'm down 46 pounds on MFP and a total of 80 from my highest weight. MFP rocks!:drinker: :drinker:
-
I enjoy it very much. :drinker:
-
I have to use my Polar hrm when I exercise. I was going by the stats on mfp. They were all wrong. Maybe the calorie count is not as accurate as it could be, but it helps me out a lot. It makes me want to keep exercising and burn even more calories. Since I got it I'm losing every week. And I don't eat back any calories…
